SeaWorld Orlando has opened an all new quick service eatery, and it has a bit of a twist. Actually, it has quite a few twists. SeaWorld Orlando has opened up the all new Mama’s Pretzel Kitchen, and we were able to get a look at the new restaurant, as well as try some of the awesome new offerings.
Pretzels have been a huge deal in the past few years, especially for the SeaWorld fame of parks. Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Tampa both have amazing pretzels, each with something different. Now SeaWorld Orlando gets into the game with Mama’s Pretzel Kitchen. The new eatery opened just a few weeks ago, right across from Shamu Stadium. The new restaurant is a quick serve location that gives guests a huge variety of pretzels, as well as a great selection of craft beer.

Personally, I keep wanting to say “Mama’s Pizza Kitchen” mostly because the new eatery has a very home, and Italian restaurant vibe to it. There are several cooking utensils, and just overall kitchen decorations in the restaurant. The food is the main star here, with Pretzels wrapped around everything you can think of. Pizza, hot dogs and bacon are all a great combination, but of course the star of the show is the meatball pretzel. Meatballs and cheese, wrapped in a huge pretzel…it’s flat out amazing.
Of course, the best partner with a pretzel is an ice cold beer, and Mama’s has that covered. Seven beets on tap, as well as a cider. The beers are seasonal, and include several selections from Florida brewers. If you like the national stuff, they have Sam Adams and Blue Moon as well. The beers change throughout the season.
Seating is outside only, which is great for the upcoming months, but Florida is unforgiving in the summer, especially when you add in the thunderstorms. A flight of four beers will.run about ten bucks, with Pretzels ranging.
