Vivo Italian Kitchen opens at Universal Studios Hollywood’s CityWalk

                             

 

All good meals revolve around the kitchen. In many houses, it’s the most important room in the house, as the entire world revolves around it. Universal Hollywood has brought that love of the kitchen to their home with Vivo Italian Kitchen at CityWalk. The new restaurant quietly opened on Thursday and is now open daily for lunch and dinner.

The restaurant is a Universal original, getting it’s start at Universal Orlando in 2014. The concept is so good that it was brought to Hollywood.

The menu consists of a lot of home made favorites, with hand made pasta and breads crafted right in front of your eyes. In fact, some of the best seats in the house are right at the kitchen so you can see everything being made in front of you. It’s definitely one of our favorites. There’s also a full bar with a variety of wines to choose from, along with an array of Italian-inspired cocktails.

Vivo Italian Kitchen is the latest in the huge revamp at Universal Studios CityWalk. There has been several brand new additions to the area, including Margaritaville, and Voodoo Donuts, with many more rumored to come soon.
