SeaWorld Orlando visitors will be able to experience the all-new fireworks spectacular Light up the Sky this weekend from July 3-5. The new show begins at 9:00 pm and pays tribute to SeaWorld’s past firework shows with high energy music, towering flames, and dazzling pyrotechnics, followed by the classic SeaWorld patriotic fireworks finale.
In order to provide for social distancing, park guests will be able to experience the show from all around the central SeaWorld lake. According to the park’s website, “Spaced seating, increased sanitation, additional park signage, and additional staffing will be implemented throughout the park, and additional exits will also be added for a safe exit from the park at the conclusion of the display.”
Although the fireworks will be visible from anywhere around the lake, SeaWorld especially recommends these areas for optimal viewing:
- The Waterfront
Located in between Seafire Grill and Voyager’s Smokehouse, this location will provide standing viewing for park guests. - Spice Mill Patio
Located next to Spice Mill restaurant, this location offers tiered level viewing and wheelchair accessible viewing. - Orca Encounter Pathway
Located along the east shore of SeaWorld Lake, this location offers standing viewing for park guests. - Bayside Pathway
Located along the west shore of SeaWorld Lake, this location offers standing viewing and grass seating for families. - Bayside Stadium
Located next to Wild Arctic, this two-level stadium will provide a seated viewing location for park guests. Limited seating available.
